How does AIndLeads billing system work?

AIndLeads offers three different plans to meet the diverse needs of its customers: "Free," "Premium," and "Scale." 


Each plan comes different numbers of credits for user seats, emails sent, AI-generated emails, contacts information revealed.


Upon registration with AIndLeads, users are automatically enrolled in the "Free plan." They can then choose to upgrade to other plans, which offer higher usage volumes.

Here's how the AIndLeads billing system work:

The AIndLeads billing system operates on a monthly credit card payment basis. The payment date and amount for each billing cycle are displayed above the "Plan and Billing" section on the dashboard.

The usage of each team member, including contact info revealed, AI generated emails, and email sent, is independently counted and displayed in the "Usage" section.


If the usage exceeds the limit of the current subscription plan, overage fees will be incurred, and their unit price varies with different items and plan levels.

Information regarding the payment card details and billing address can also be accessed and updated from the bottom of the page.


NOTE: Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

At the bottom is the billing history, which is listed on a monthly basis. It records the payment recipient, payment cycle, and cost category. 

Users can also download invoices from this section.


NOTE: Overage fees and subscription charges will be calculated and displayed separately.
