Can I change my "Sending Domain"?

No, AIndLeads now only provides one sending domain per company. Once the chosen subdomain being set as the sending domain, you won't be change it yourself for data consistency reason. 


If you wish to change the entire company's sending domain, please contact us for assistance.


However, you can change the prefix of your sending email address through your own dashboard.


To do so, first, navigate to the "Dashboard" button located in the top-right corner of our website.

Next, click the "Settings" button on the left side of the page. Then, you can enter the new username for your sending email. 


Finally, remember to click the "Update" button to save the changes.

After clicking the "Update" button, a warning will pop up reminding users of the risks associated with the changes. Please ensure the changes one more time before proceeding. 


If you wish to proceed with the changes, click the "Change" button to confirm. 

If you do not want to proceed with the changes, click the "No, I don't want to change it anymore" button below to cancel.

NOTE: You can change your sending email as many times as you want, but keep in mind there will be a high risk of missing replies from contacts if you change it often.
