How does "Send emails" work

After creating a campaign and completing the contact list setup, the next step is editing the email content, which is the functionality provided in the "Send emails" section on AIndLeads. 

Before sending out the emails, AIndLeads offers the following services to users:

AIndLeads provides a built-in email editing page and editing toolbar, allowing users to efficiently plan the layout of email content, set information hierarchy, and change text colors and alignment, among other functions.

Batch Import of Contact Information
To send a large number of emails at once, users can use the "Add+" and "Add info" buttons to automatically input changes to the email subject and body based on different contact information. 

This saves time on manual input and human verification, thus enhancing the efficiency of email sending within the same campaign.

AI Automatic Generation of Email Content Templates

With the assistance of AIndLeads AI, editable templates for email content are automatically generated based on the purpose of the email and the tone of the writing. 

This speeds up content writing and ensures a professional tone.

AI Generated Customized Email Content

Utilizing AIndLeads AI, customized emails are generated for each user within the same campaign based on their preferred language and the location of their product/company. This provides more comprehensive email content and reduces language barriers in email content.

Saving Drafts

Incomplete email drafts can be saved at any time using the "Save draft" button at the bottom of the page. 

NOTE: Saved drafts can be accessed and edited in the "Campaign" section.

Email Sending Testing

Before emails are officially sent out, AIndLeads provides a testing feature for email sending. 

By clicking the "Send test email" button on the top-right of the page, users can send test emails to team members or their own inbox to double-check the content before sending.
