In the "Sending Email" section of AIndLeads, users will encounter two buttons: "Add info" and "Add+".These buttons serve distinct functions aimed at enhancing user efficiency when sending emails to multiple contacts.

We will explain each button's purpose individually in the following section.

Add+

Click the "Add+" button to select the information you want to automatically insert from the contact list using the drop-down menu.

For example, this is the contact list you created in the demo campaign.

After creating a contact list in the demo campaign, manually enter the unchanged part of the email subject text, and only modify the parts that need to be replaced for different contacts by clicking the "Add+" button.

Select the information you want to automatically insert to set as a prompt, as the imagine shown below.

After sending the email, the subject will automatically be set as "Dear Mars Liu, here's your promotion code!" and "Valentina Nesci, here's your promotion code!" according to the contact list you've created.

Add info

For the email body messages, users can utilize the "Add info" button and the dropdown menu to replace the text they want to personalize for different contacts, such as company names, job titles, and other columns set in their contact list.

For example, if you want to send emails to different companies, simply change a company's name into {{contact_companyName}} by clicking the "Add+" button and selecting "+ contact - Company name". This will replace the company name set in your contact list.

With the "Add info" and "Add+" buttons, there's no need to manually type different messages for your entire contact list anymore! Start using them to personalize your emails with AIndLeads and make your contacts feel unique.
