After sending emails to contacts, users can conveniently check the status of each contact from their personal dashboard.

Here's how to check each contact's status in a campaign:

Click the "Dashboard" button located in the top-right corner of our website to access your dashboard.

After accessing your own dashboard, there are two ways to check contact status.


In the "Campaign" section, you can easily view the status of contacts and track the progress of your sent emails here.

Click on the number corresponding to the contact's status you want to check. Detailed information about your contact list will then appear for your review.

Another way for users to check their contacts is from the "Pipeline" section. 


Navigate to the "Pipeline" option on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Here, you'll see different stages corresponding to email status, along with name cards of your contacts.

To check the status of each contact in a campaign, click on the contact's name card. This action will display complete records of the contact, including their information and email status, for your review.

By following these steps, users can effectively monitor and manage the status of their contacts in a campaign.
