How does "Pipeline" work? If I send emails to the same contact more than once, how Pipeline manage the contact? If a contact opens the email again after clicking the link within, does Pipeline moves the contact back to "Opened?" How to move a contact to different stage? How to change the title of a stage?

Can I delete a stage in Pipeline?

Yes, for flexibility and management control, users on AIndLeads can delete the stages they have created in the "Pipeline" section of their personal dashboard, in addition to the existing fixed five stages.

Here's how to delete the stage in Pipeline:

First, accessing your personal dashboard by clicking the "Dashboard" button on the top-right corner of AIndLeads homepage.

Next, find the "Pipeline" section, then click on the "⋯" icon located at the top left corner of the stage you want to delete. Select "delete" to complete the deletion.


Note: Only an empty stage can be deleted. Please move every card to other stages in the not-to-be-deleted stage before deleting the stage.
