How does "Pipeline" work? If I send emails to the same contact more than once, how Pipeline manage the contact? If a contact opens the email again after clicking the link within, does Pipeline moves the contact back to "Opened?" How to move a contact to different stage? How to change the title of a stage?

In the "Pipeline" section, users can easily move contact cards to different stages by hovering over the desired card and dragging it to the preferred location, facilitating manual categorization.


Alternatively, users can click on the contact card they want to move. Then, a dropdown menu will appear in the top right corner, offering options for each stage. 


Simply select the desired stage from the dropdown menu, and the change will be applied instantly.
