How does "Pipeline" work?

Last Update 2 years ago
AIndLeads offers the "Pipeline" section on the personal dashboard, serving as a visual tool for contact management.
The "Pipeline" section comprises two key components: stage boards and contact cards.
Stages
Users can customize stage boards based on various email statuses. Initially, AIndLeads presents five dafault stages:
- Delivered: Contains contact cards for whom emails have been successfully sent.
- Opened: Automatically moves contact cards when contacts open emails.
- Click: Houses contact cards who click on email links.
- Bounced: Collects contact cards whose emails bounce due to reasons like non-existent addresses or full inboxes.
- Unsubscribed: Displays contact cards who opt out of email subscriptions.

Contact Cards
After sending emails, the contacts' cards will be created based on the contact list and automatically classified into their corresponding stage lists.
Contact cards are the smallest but most detailed unit in the "Pipeline" section, storing contact information and email status.
Drag-and-drop functionality enables users to move cards between stages, visually representing progress or status changes. This feature is commonly used in contact management and task tracking.

To review contact information and email status in detail, simply click on the contact card, prompting a relevant window to appear, as illustrated below.
