How does "Pipeline" work? If I send emails to the same contact more than once, how Pipeline manage the contact? If a contact opens the email again after clicking the link within, does Pipeline moves the contact back to "Opened?" How to move a contact to different stage? How to change the title of a stage?

No, for the sake of contact management autonomy and convenience, the stage boards provided in the Pipeline section of the personal dashboard are currently only visible to the individual user. 

Other members within the team cannot view your Pipeline page.
